CCW COURSES
INITIAL Orange County CCW - Online Class
INITIAL 16-hour OCSD CCW training course online! Part one of the course can be done at your pace and convenience. Upon completion of online course, you will schedule part two with us then to the range to qualify.
RENEWAL Orange County CCW - Online Class
RENEWAL 8-hour OC CCW renewal training. Our renewal course can be done at your pace and convince. Upon completion of the online course, you will schedule your qualification with us at the range.
INITIAL Orange County CCW - In-Person Class Part 1
INITIAL 16-hour OCSD CCW training course in person. Part one of the course is lecture at our office in Huntington Beach. After completion of part one, we will schedule part two then to the range to qualify.
ADDITIONAL CLASSES
Shoot Night/Morning
We offer shoot nights, or morning shoots, for beginner to advanced shooters. Classes are 2 hours long and cover everything from basic firearms safety, drawing from concealment and engaging multiple targets. Classes focus on safety, fun and improving your shooting skills.
You do not need to be a CCW holder to take these classes.
Non-Resident California CCW
As of April 22, 2025, non-California residents will be allowed to apply for a California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit.
This fully online training allows individuals across the U.S. to complete California’s required CCW education at their own pace, from the comfort of their home. The course features interactive modules covering firearm safety, legal responsibilities, shooting fundamentals, conflict avoidance, and real-world self-defense strategies. It includes a built-in timer to meet DOJ tracking requirements and a final exam to confirm understanding.
BSIS Exposed Firearms Quarterly Qualifications
BSIS requires qualification with your firearms quarterly to maintain your BSIS firearms certification. Click the schedule button below to email us and schedule your 2-hour refresher course PRIOR to going to the range for qualification. Classes are held weekly at the office. Includes range fee and multiple (up to 3) firearm caliber qualification.
